I first entered into the wellness industry nearly 20 years ago as a personal trainer, helping people to achieve their fitness goals through diet and exercise. Eventually, my interests began to expand from the physical to the mental aspect of health, which led to studying the teachings of yoga, up to and including the asanas (poses), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation. Today, I help my clients achieve their fitness and mindfulness goals by not only focusing on the physical aspect of wellbeing, but especially on the power that mind-body synergy can have.

Virtual exercise classes including Bootcamp, Fusion, and core strength. All classes created with the purpose of correcting postural distortions and reversing the effects of disuse.

Your body is truly your temple, and the healthier it is, the better you feel. I help my clients reach their goals in a way that is achievable and sustainable for long-term change. In-Home/Gym options available on a case-by-case basis.

Corporate Wellness

Corporate wellness services such as weekly Yoga classes or group meditation lessons will boost morale, improve efficiency, and probably lower your medical insurance premium.

Functional Meditation

Learn to  to meditate in this 75 minute lesson using a simple, effective and  scientifically proven technique. I guarantee you will  be meditating for ten mins - in silence - by end of the lesson.

Yoga 

With a strong focus on alignment, my yoga classes bring together physical movement, mindfulness, and breathwork to help reduce anxiety and muscle pain while calming the nervous system.

Immersive Meditation

In this deeply immersive course over a 2-day period, you'll be given the tools and training to zero in on mindfulness. Personalized recommendations and techniques help you develop a successful, enriched practice.
