

I first entered into the wellness industry nearly 20 years ago as a personal trainer, helping people to achieve their fitness goals through diet and exercise. Eventually, my interests began to expand from the physical to the mental aspect of health, which led to studying the teachings of yoga, up to and including the asanas (poses), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation. Today, I help my clients achieve their fitness and mindfulness goals by not only focusing on the physical aspect of wellbeing, but especially on the power that mind-body synergy can have.
