Functional Meditation 

Learn to  to meditate in this 75 minute course using a simple, effective and scientifically proven technique. I guarantee you will  be meditating for ten mins - in silence - by end of the lesson.

With a strong focus on alignment, my yoga classes bring together physical movement, mindfulness, and breathwork to help reduce anxiety and muscle pain while calming the nervous system.
